I’m new to this.i need to know if everything on my list is compatible and will work properly.if any of y’all see something wrong or something that can be improved, please respond and tell me what needs to be changed. I would really appreciate it:). I’m looking for the whole build to be $2500 or under.

Here is the list of my parts: if some specs have 2 options,it’s because idk which one will work best and I need opinions on which one I should get

GPU: Option 1.EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB Black Video Card ($1099.99-Newegg) Option 2.ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Overclocked 11GB Graphics Card ($1279.99-Amazon)

CPU: Option 1.AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core,24-thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler ($449.00-Amazon) Option 2. AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-core,16-thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler ($339.99-Amazon)

Motherboard: Option 1.MSI B450 Tomahawk Max ($114.99-Amazon) Option 2.MSI MGP X570 Gaming Edge WiFi ($206.47-Amazon)

RAM: 1. Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V Desktop Memory ($94.99-Amazon)

Power Supply: Option 1. Seasonic FOCUS GM-750, 750W 80+ Gold, Semi-Modular ($109.99-Newegg) Option 2. Cooler Master MWE 750 Gold Full Modular, 80+ Gold Certified 750W ($111.34-Amazon)

Storage: 1.WD Blue SN550 500GB NVMe Internal SSD ($64.99-Amazon) & Seagate BarraCuda 2TB Internal Hard Drive HDD (49.99-Amazon) I heard it’s good to have both an ssd and hard drive. Please let me know if that’s correct

Case: 1.Corsair iCUE 220T RGB Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower Smart Case ($99.99-Amazon)

Feel free to change up anything you’d see fit.Not sure if I need any other cooling but please let me know I would also like to know some good gaming monitors with fast response time.Thank You Very Much:)

GPU: Go with the EVGA 2080 Ti CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Mobo: X570 RAM is perfect PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS 750W Storage is also good. Yes it's best to have a combo of an SSD and HDD (higher budgets can go purely with an SDD but een then mixed is fine). SSDs are good for boot drives and storing essential files/software or your most played games. HDDs are best for your large game library. Case is your decision so I won't comment on that.

I also recommend getting an aftermarket cooler for your CPU, either an AIO (not a cheap one) or a good air cooler, such as ones from noctua, be quiet or scythe for example

Ok, thank you:)

Also, would I still need to use the cooler that comes with the cpu?And do you have any suggestions for an AIO?

If you got an aftermarket cooler then no, you would not need to use the stock cooler.

Recommendations for an AIO are basically any AIO with good reviews and cooling. Not overly expensive but not cheap. Good examples are NZXT's Kraken lineup, Corsair AIOs, Arctic Liquid Freezer II, and any other AIOs that are well made and have good reviews.
