Title, what do I need to do the have the third fan be a "CPU Fan"?

Edit: Do I need to get a different motherboard that has a additional connector?

Isn't there a cable with this cooler that allows to connect those 3 fans to 1 cable that connects to the cpu fan header?

Manual says Connect each fan to the shrouded 4 pin connectors on the pump
