Any reason to go to water cooling?

Thermaltake Core V31 case rocking an oc'd 4690k (4.4ghz) and a XFX RX 580 8GB GTR also oc'd. I've just learned how to downclock the CPU and undervolt the gpu to keep temps down on both, but am thinking about water cooling. CPU idles at 23c when downclocking (Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi is the air cooler) and the GPU idles at 20c. Ambient temp in the office here is 65F. This is running 8 instake fans and 1 exhaust fan.

Other than the potential to buy a new case and go sexy RGB, would I realize better temps and would it even matter?

The quad lumi should be more than enough. It most likely performs better than most aios anyways.

Thanks. Water cooling looks awesome when done right, ie custom loops, but it's not clear to me whether I would see or could see significant or just marginal improvement. I'm already running really cool and I don't have thermal problems.

Then leave the cooling solution as it is. :)

Yes!

There is no need for spending money for a second time. ;)
