So I'm planning on building a pc for the rest of my family to use once i finish my custom loop so they won't have to use my very expensive build for stuff like YouTube and stuff how would this fair for it some parts I already have laying around

Since you already have DDR4-2133Mhz RAM, you're better off taking the i3-8100. Ryzen chips demand faster RAM for optimal performance so you'll be somewhat bottlenecked. If you plan on sticking with Ryzen, 2200G is more than sufficient for the purpose at hand unless family members are expected to game on the build.
