**BUILD OFF** $2500 Gaming PC

Dead-Xilence

Hello, I am looking for the best $2500 (or less) Gaming PC. This build must be simple enough for a first time builder (no custom water cooling, case modding, O/Cing, etc.). But, this build must be kick-*** enough to run almost any game on high or ultra without many problems. Please, attempt to stay away from futuristic looking cases, as this would be a PC that isn't hard on the eyes to non-gamers or PC users.

RULES: Up to 2 entries per person. Just post the number of the submission (if it is your 1st or 2nd submission). You may edit your submitted build AS LONG AS you edit the link posted to display the modified list. No more submissions will be accepted after 12AM GMT (GMT +0) on Sunday the 7th. This PC must have parts you would use in your own build, not the most inexpensive part you could find that might easily catch the house on fire. Also, this PC should not turn a room into a sauna. Then again, please attempt to keep the noise level low enough so that someone could sleep in the next room without being disturbed by the noise of the PC.

Please include one or more of the following:

-CPU
-RAM (enough to play 95% of games)
-CPU Cooler
-SSD[s] (leave enough space for OS and a few games)
-Motherboard
-HDD[s] (one that is trusty and can store many games)
-Dedicated Video Card[s] (must be able to handle 1920x1080 on High/Ultra settings in 95% of games)
-Case (choose one that looks good but won't stand out too much or look like a spaceship)
-PSU (one that you do/would trust)
-Operating System (ONLY ADD WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM 64Bit)
-Optical Drive (does not have to be pricey, just has to get the job done)
-Wireless networking card (allows owner to use PC while away from router/Ethernet cable)
-Monitor (try for 1920x1080 and possibly a better refresh rate than 60Hz)
-Keyboard (go for a good gaming keyboard, preferrably without game theme [BF3 edition, MW3 edition, etc])
-Mouse (a good gaming mouse)

OPTIONAL

-Case fans (if fans have LEDs, make them color coordinated if possible)
-Sound card (if you have extra money, why not get one)
-Thermal Paste (if the CPU cooler does not come with this pre-applied, it is mandatory)
-LED Lights

Remember, the competition is for a gaming PC for $2500 or less. You may go over the price limit by $50 at most. If your setup is a beast PC and it costs less than the $2500 limit, submit it.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

Only post the number of the submission (if it is your 1st or 2nd submission) followed by a link to the parts list. Make sure to enable comments if you want feedback. All total prices must be less than USD $2550 as of Sunday the 7th.

The winner has a good chance of me building their PC as a gaming PC! (A great prize, I know [sarcasm]) This is mainly for fun, but could easily help me decide what to put in a new PC. Thanks to all who participate, vote, and give feedback to the competitors!

Wow... If I were you, the time spent typing this up could've been put to better use on researching how to build a PC. Tons of resources out there ya know?

But that requires effort... JK. If you don't want to, you don't have to. It's for fun but it can also help me. I'm not getting mad or angry if you don't build it.

A little effort can lead to that warm and fuzzy feeling of accomplishment. I'd love to help, but personally, not put in all the effort for you.

I know. I researched already. I like seeing the ways people spend money on a PC. I appreciate your sarcasm, but the creativity level has reached an all time low.

Haha... Well if that's the case, then I understand you.
