Ram prices as you all know are simply bonkers, however, I came across a Kingston HyperX Savage 8GB (2x4GB) 2666MHz RAM kit from Mwave for only $98. This seems too good to be true in today's current market. In the description, it states that the RAM is optimised for Intel's Z170 and X99 chipsets, having XMP-ready profiles for Intel motherboards.
So my question is, would the RAM be compatible with a Ryzen CPU, and will the RAM function at its advertised speed of 2666MHz?
