HDMI Cable Question

When I connected my HDMI cable to my Monitor the screen looks like this: https://gyazo.com/fe0200e1590c6dc0da79ec0be4a1d273

Is there any way to fix this?

I already solved it by switching to another Monitor and getting a DVI cable. It's most likely that other Monitor who's at fault.
