I wouldn't use that thing to power my toaster.

What is your budget for a new PSU? Wattage really isn't going to be a issue for you.

The included PSU is nothing, ignore it. I just need to know how much power would preferably be needed for this build, future upgrades (just the GPU), and overclocking.

My budget in my country is between $75-$100, and only Corsair and Seasonic - well-known brands, are available.

You would be lucky to need more than ~300W, wattage isn't going to be a issue since the smallest good PSU's come in is 550W. Get the biggest Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus you can find or a Seasonic Prime if its under $100.
