Oculus machine for €800, Can it be done?

-Budget: €800 Euros

  • Location: Sweden

  • Use: Online gaming and playing with an Oculus

  • Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): not sure.

  • Operating System required: preferably windows.

Trying to build a friend a machine for him to play "war thunder" with his Oculus online, hopefully something he could upgrade in the future. His old machine crapped out and all he was able to muster back from selling stuff was a little less than 800 Euros. We're a bit stumped as to what to do for him, not exactly sure how to go budget on this one. Would creating a build for this much is even be possible? Are there maybe prebuilt machines that would do the job?

We'd be very thankful if you could give us suggestions or point us in the right direction, thank you.

Don't really need a monitor, and will probably go for a cheap mouse and keyboard from a store or thrift shop.

Any recommendations for good, low cost flight sticks?

I'm from the U.S. so hopefully I did the prices correctly, but here it is. Not much for storage, but it'll run VR very nicely.
