Budget: Less than or equal to $1,000

I live in Wisconsin, USA

I would be using this for simpler games like (Counter strike or League of legends) / little bit of editing and school work.

I do not have Windows 10 but might have a friend who can give it to me for free?

Please leave PC part lists for me to look at! :)

Any specific color scheme you'd like? And do you need a keyboard / mouse?

EDIT: And a monitor?

Blue and white or blue and black would be sick and I do not need a keyboard, mouse, or monitor.

Heres what you got just in case afriend couldn't get you windows and you didn't plan on overclocking. The fury beats the 1060, which wouldve probably been the other way to go on the card. Unless you wanted to downgrade on the case or something and tried picking up the 1070, which is better than the fury.

I do agree the 480 has better bang for the buck, but overall the Fury beats it http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-R9-Fury-vs-AMD-RX-480/3509vs3634

If you were to get the 480 instead, heres why: ( stated from Astrocyte )

Oh yeah I have no doubts an R9 Fury outperforms in most games now. I think the 8GB of VRAM though will help futureproof him a little better since games have been starting to use in excess of 4GB.
