Max settings SFFPC opinions please!

I'm trying to decide on this, the goal is to create a console killer/Kodi box for couch gaming and streaming movies, at the very least i want to play Arkham Knight on max settings, 1080p, 60fps with my Xbox 360 controller.

How can i make it cheaper? (without compromising performance too much)

How can i make it pore powerful? (without increasing price, i'm already overbudget as it is)

Do you see a potential bottleneck i missed?

All your suggestions are welcome.

Get an i5 7500. It's a generation ahead and better value, and will reduce your budget. Get a 4GB RX 480. It's cheaper and better value. Weren't you going to play on a tv? That's a great value for a 1080p monitor tho. Also you don't need a CPU cooler, the i5 7500 comes with one.

You might want to snag a 550 watt PSU.

A 600 watt SFX PSU costs $120 the 450w is just enough to power the 480 and the 6600, sadly I can barely afford the config I have now

The generation is irrelevant basically the same performance

It also costs less money. If you can get (yeah, negligibly) more performance for less money, there's no reason not to.

I thought about it, but the 7700 and 200 series chipset added $50 to the total and the performance increase is negligible

Yeah the monitor is backup for those times when the wife wants to watch tv in the living room, I just pick up the box and hook it up to the monitor and game on

Nice case, but, I kinda was going for the small form factor htpc, the rvz02 is smaller than the Xbox one

You should get a 1 terrabyte 7200 RPM HDD.
