First build, semi-tight budget

I'm looking to spend under $700 and will be using it for mostly gaming including some emulation(dolphin and pcsx2). Unsure if I should buy the 1060 or 480 since most of the 480s I've seen are $240+ which is getting in to 1060 range. I plan on overclocking the CPU using an old BIOS for the z170 MB.

But I was mostly looking for opinions on the case and if the PSU would be overkill. I wanted something at least semi modular and this one was the cheapest over 500W, which I figured I would need since I plan on overclocking the CPU and whichever GPU.

Thanks for any advice/info!
