Cosair 400C vs Enthoo Evolv atk

so i'm absolutely torn between these two cases, i absolutely love the looks of the 400C, but also quit like the evolv. the 400c is a fair bit cheaper, whereas the evolve is fully aluminium, with tempered glass rather than acrylic and just looks a lot more solid, durable and better to build in.

The main thing thats tugging at me is the 400c is a fair bit smaller, also making the build look more compact, i dont want a big empty gap between the front of the case and where the motherboard is, but then it restricts the length of power supplies and graphics card as ill have a water cooler. whereas the phanteks is a lot bigger, so i can have large power supplies and graphics cards, but then im worried on there being a lot of empty visible space in the case between the motherboard and front which i absolutely do not want. i'm planning on having a h115i cooler which has a large and radiator installing it at the front with a push/pull config. how significantly would this reduce the empty gap in the case?

Is that a push/pull or just pull? I can't quite tell

that's push/pull. three more fans are on the front panel of the case.
