How Do I Manage All These Devices?!

So right now I've got three different 3.5mm (1/8in) devices plugged into the onboard sound card on my motherboard (M5A97 R2.0). My current setup is absolute garbage. I've got a splitter going to my speakers, and then another splitter plugged into the first one which is driving two pairs of headphones. They don't get as loud as I would like and I'm sure the quality isn't what it could be. I've been looking at amps and sound cards, but I'm not sure what the best setup would be for me.

So you have a speaker system and 2 sets of headphones correct?

Can you link your parts list?
