I don't know why you had so much ram in there and a z170 motherboard and an aftermarket CPU cooler if you can't overclock. Also, I got you an r9 390, and an i5 6500 which will help in the future when games start to use multiple cores and for better graphics performance. Don't need 32GB of ram. Heck, don't even need 16GB. 8GB of ram is enough. Get an H series board since you can't overclock that chip. Get a G2 PSU.

Why an i3, the latest battlefield will probably NEED 4 cores... I would recommend getting a 4 cored CPU. Try an i5 -6500
