Parts list for a beginner

Hi guys, I'm in a little trouble right now. I've been surfing through the internet and don't really have any background info on PC building. By any chance can someone help me with a parts list that has a budget of $600 and can play GTA 5 at 1080p 52+ fps and Garry's Mod. If needed I can raise the budget to $650. Thanks in advance for your help!

No, I have already pre downloaded Windows on a USB drive. Thanks for your reply!

For a video card at least a R9 380 or a GTX 960

For this budget the i3-6100. The i3 is still a great performer.

A SSD would be a nice addition to this build. Didnt include one in your build but here is the link.

I looked at the specs of the parts. Thank you! Are all the parts compatible?

Yes they are.

You're welcome!

By any chance is there another compatible case that is a medium tower case that would work?

Also because the motherboard only has two memory slots it would be a good idea (recommended by Epsilon) to buy 1 X 8gb instead of 2X4gb.. this way you can upgrade to 16gb later on buying an identical ram.

This Build is great. I decided to go for a ATX motherboard since you said you wanted a Mid Tower. And because of that we can use dual channel memory (Motherboard has 4 slots instead of 2). Changed some bits and bobs. Better psu, nicer case and a msi graphics card since they are reliable.
