HUGE price drops on the 770 and 780.

770 goes from $400 ---> $330 780 goes from $650 ---> $500!

All this to compete with the new r9 290x.

Also the 780ti will be 699 on release.

This should hopefully drive down the prices of the 760 a little as well. one can only hope.

If you just bought a 770 or 780 i would suggest returning it and waiting a day to re-buy.

The pricing chart doesn't show/say anything about the 760 prices being dropped

Nvidia are also giving away 2-3 games as well - they're making a real effort to boost sales and compete with AMD. Here's an example of this - http://www.aria.co.uk/nvidia/pirates-heroes-spies

I know they've been giving away Batman for a while, but now they're handing out Assassin's Creed 4 and Splinter Cell: Blacklist. These games would set you back £30 each, so it's definitely worth considering this before buying your GPU.

yeah i really like this trend of competition lowering prices lol. The 7950 from AMD came with 3 free games and you can find them as low as 170 on sale. Whereas before the 760, 77, and 780 were NEVER on sale and even if they did it was only something like 10 dollars off. These prices are a lot more reasonable and the free games help as well.

I don't think we'll see the 760 drop price because it competes against the 7950 and the future R9 280 which will be available at 250$ also.
