The only issue I've been having is settling on a video card. Is it worth putting down the extra $15 or so for a higher clock speed, our could I opt for a cheaper MSI card and just overclock it myself? Never done overclocking.

You don't need an after market cooler, especially an AIO, for a locked a CPU. Stock is fine. Use that money on getting a better CPU/motherboard and/or a better PSU like an EVGA G2 550W.

Reason I'm opting for the 240mm h100i is because I'm buying it used from a friend and the case is so small that there isn't much airflow to go around in such a small form factor case. And it looks good.
