$825ish PC Build....NEED SUGGUSTIONS Hurry!

I have 45 days until my birthday you see. Me and my friends just got into gaming and I am currently playing on a laptop I had. I have to find my computer parts and I constantly update my parts. This is my first PC build and I already have a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. I really prefer a Intel processor and a EVGA Nvidea card. Please don't suggest a AMD processor or GPU because I am not a big fan of them and please don't ask why. Thank you!

You really would be stupid not to go AMD in this price range. You will get a LOT better performance for $825 going with AMD.

Here's an okay one: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1GbtM

I couldn't get it any lower, it had to be $870. If you would have let me use amd I could have gotten it lower.

Or you could sacrifice a few things like overclocking and I could get it lower.

Best I could do with the OS included.

EDIT: I personally think an AMD CPU & GPU would work better for this price, especially since you need an OS aswell
