Everything looks decent expect for the cpu and motherboard combo, you could get a cheaper motherboard that is good enough for heavy overclocking of that cpu and what is this for?

High quality games but not 2000 fps on extreme games.

It has a much better cpu cooler, you should be able to hit around 4.7ghz with this if not higher and if you wanted to upgrade you would want a fx 8320E and just overclock that to around 4.7ghz. It has a beefy psu which is good for a FX build and if you wanted to use a AMD gpu later on and it has a bigger HDD.
