Budget Gaming PC questions- Professional help needed!

Hello! So, I want to make a Gaming PC that can Play somewhat less demanding games (minecraft, portal 2, age of empires 3, etc) at maximum high settings with at least 40 FPS while recording with software like fraps. It will also be used for some basic video editing and word processing. The only catch is that it needs to be in the $300 price range, with $350 being the absolute maximum price. It doesn't have to include anything like wifi, a soundcard, it doesn't even need a fancy case. It just needs to be cheap, be able to work, and able to run the stated games at high FPS while recording. That's it. Thanks!

note: if you are able to add anything extra on it without going over $350,be sure to include that part to!

Have you considered going used? It's not unheard of to find a whole rig with a decent video card well within your price range.

i was actually just working on one, give this a try http://pcpartpicker.com/user/bmyles/saved/2fQb

it doesnt have a optical drive though, but you should be able to play less demanding games on high settings and demanding games on low to med settings, dont expect full 1080p but about 720p, it does a decent gpu as well. also its only $300, for $60 more i would recommend getting a better gpu such as this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-ax78502gbd5dh
