Not really... For video editing the rule is: more cores= the better. So i would look at a ryzen 5 CPU with a b350 motherboard

i would suggest you a ryzen 5 1600 or even a ryzen 7 1700. And i would get a HDD for all your video files.. the 250 GB SSD alone isnt gona cut it. but otherwise the build seems great
