Considering that the R5 1400 on Newegg today is at $164.99, it would be safe to assume that the R3 line will have its top price point being in the $130 ballpark (based on the scaling of R7 1800x through R5 1600x). We might expect there to be the following models to match R7 and R5: 1300x, 1300, 1200x, 1100. Price points may look like this: $139.99, $125.99, $109.99, and $89.99. Disclaimer the above is pure speculation as ThoughtA said things all depend on what AMD puts out as a finalized list.
