So did you remove the cmos and reset the bios? Dont fresh install yet, use system restore before a windows update when ur pc worked.

Right, last night I removed the cmos battery and reset the bios. The bottom PCI-E worked....once....AND I had to take a stick of RAM out. I then tried o move it to the first PCI-e slot and didn't work....then tried it in the bottom one again and stopped working :(

I re-installed windows and deleted everything from my drives...installed drivers and still nope. I gave my gpu to my boss from work today to see if it can work in he's pc....if it does its my bother board....if not it's my gpu
