Great balanced build for the price. Only thing I might recommend would be a better brand PSU, but that's about it.

Thanks Justin. I actually bought everything from Microcenter. I think there's an option on this site to just show all prices from one vendor.

I will look at that and edit the completed build, in the meantime, I've updated the comments to reflect the actual price paid...

Why would you spend 110 on a motherboard, but slack on a processor? IMO buy a B series mobo, and then get a core i5.

Mobo was 69.99 with bundle in store savings from Microcenter... i3 vs i5 was $120 and $170 respectively....

oh not a bad deal then on the mobo, but I woulda deff went for a 3000 series i5.. Its deff worth the cost.

<3 Microcenter. I, too, bought all but 3 pieces of my build from these guys. There are some super awesome people working here. With local bundle deals and addl. rebates, I shaved off about $50-80 compared to the prices listed on my build here: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/yuz

Lemme guess you got the i3 with the Z77 for an extra $40 off? So did I! :)

Yes I did. I got an email from Microcenter a day or two after my purchase with this motherboard listed as -$50 instant and -$40 combo deal... It went down to $59.99.

Still thinking about going back for a price adjustment...
