Description

Like the title states, this Is my mobile PC. I take it to LAN parties with my buddies and having such a small form factor allows for easy transportation and setting up.

Not much to say besides that but thanks for checking it out!

EDIT: Since I’m getting so many comments about it, the reason I have the Titan Xp is purely because it was the only video card in stock during January 2018 that was MSRP. The mining craze made video cards like 1070’s $1000 and really didn’t make it worth it to buy one at that price. I figured that since I didn’t know how long the craze would last, I settled on the Titan since it was actually MSRP and in stock.

Those are some really nice stock cables that come with that power supply.

Love the DAN case. Yes, those are not the stock cables.

I noticed you paid around 1300 dollars for your GPU. If you recently bought it, you should have bought something like a 2080ti or maybe even a 1080ti. Also, if you wanted a Titan, you could have gone for either a Titan X (pascal) or a Titan Xp. I wonder if you already had it on hand and just used it and the listed prices was the price you bought it for a couple years ago. Thanks!

I bought it January 2018 during the mining craze. I wanted a 1070 but at the time they cost as much as a Titan Xp, and I didn’t know how long the mining craze would last, so I ended up spending the big bucks on the Titan. It was a good thing I did because the craze didn’t end until May.

I also just realized I grabbed the wrong Titan, it is the Xp (not X (pascal)), so that was my bad. That price includes tax from Nvidia.com

isn't the xp faster than the x(pascal)

Can a gold 550 watt power supply run an rtx 2070 without overclocking?

Why is this smaller case twice the price of a regular ATX case?

It was a kickstarter case, so it’s kind of a niche product. It’s manufactured by Lian Li in Taiwan and it’s made out of aluminum so it is a high quality product at least.

How do you find the Noctua cooler to cook the 7700K? Is it enough?

Awesome build BTW :)

Thanks! The Noctua does a pretty good job at cooling. I don’t use the low noise adapter and run the “turbo” setting for the fan in bios. I barely hear it and keeps it under 80°C so that works for me

Thanks for sharing! I have an A4 coming and always looking at what others are doing with theirs.

Where did you get the antennas? I like them much better than the ROG antenna that comes with the mobo.

I had them from another wireless card. Should be able to find a set on amazon, I don’t think they’re proprietary. The ROG one absolutely sucks

Pretty decent. I have the cpu at stock settings and slightly undervolted, plus it is deluded and liquid metal is applied. It stayed under 80°C in games and that’s fine with me

Considering that you can currently get a Titan X for around 350 on ebay, I think it's safe to say that he bought that card a while ago.
