Description

I built this with parts that I had laying around. It started with an old Gateway, then I stripped everything out of it and put newer parts in it. I wanted to use the case for a 1998 look, but NOT the performance. I'm currently running Ubuntu on it with no problems. And what do you think of the title lol? Any questions? Just ask! Have a great day!

You should have put the one cent on the dead bug that comes with the case, not the case itself. ;)

But can it run Crysis?

I play crysis @4k with a average of about 2 fps which is great because you really get time to analyse each frame and overall enjoy the experience much more then if you were to play at 60 fps

that would blow up at 4k lmao

Not even it will blow up at 8k

Actually no it will only display up to 2560x1600 from Dual link DVI and 1920x1200 from Single

Ik you were joking but I still wanted to point it out

The brand new, Core i9 killer, a dead grasshopper! Other parts sold separately, does not come dead, must be toasted, make sure there is clearance for it to thrive in the bottom of your case, please call now!

Haha didn't look at the back! Got it confused because it came with parts that were manufactured in the late 90's! (and don't talk about the cables... as long as you don't look at the front your fine xD)

I like how the power supply doesn't fit in the cutout.. Ha ha.

I also like how you cut back part of the cutout to fit the power cable for the PSU

You really should ask PCPartPicker to add those parts to their list. It would help for more builds like this. Just a thought.

Haha! Nice to see that you had the same case! I'm pretty sure that it might have been the same pc or close to it as mine also had a Pentium III. And the step stool with the case was funny! I might try it xD
