Description

This is my personal rig. I've put a lot of care into creating it and over the years it has changed so much that I'm not even sure if it could be called the same rig as the original. As with any computer build, i don't think it will ever be finished. However, it's reached a stage where I am happy with the aesthetics and functionality of the build. In case you can't see, there is some custom work done to this build. I used 'pacific blue' Plastikote spray paint to paint the exhaust fan blades, the motherboard heatsinks and pcie brackets. I have also applied a vinyl sticker -https://www.vinylletteringonline.co.uk/- to the power supply shroud. For those of you interested, 42GHD is my username on steam and in many games. You'll also see a Funko Pop! figurine to the left and custom cable extension that I bought from shakmods on Amazon. I haven't uploaded any photos of the build process as this build has been taken apart and put back together many a time. I am particularly happy with the end product of the motherboard mod. I recently bought this mobo from my brother and, as nice as the red was, the colour scheme didn't suit. I hope to soon replace the intake fans as they are cheap and loud. I am also planning to replace the cpu cooler with something more substantial in order to get a higher clock speed. I am aware that this build is not perfect or up to today's standard but it's not bad for a 14 year old.

-apologies for bad quality photos

Very clean build and setup. It doesn't look like a budget build at all!

Thanks. I got a lot of the parts second hand which made it far cheaper :)

The 1050 Ti is overpriced. It does look good, though. +1

I couldn't help cashing out that extra little bit of money for a sleek design and rgb accent. You know what they say; rgb makes everything twice as fast :)
