Description

Hey guys! This was my first built last year. I was aiming at something to play on medium settings due to the fact that I don't play everyday and I'm a very good student, who's focused on his studies. I tried to built the cheapest pc ever for the money. Last but not least, I live in Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean and pc parts aren't cheap... So here it is! :)

Processor: I was going for a AMD processor (AMD Athlon 5350), a quad core CPU clocked at just over 2GHz, which was very solid for my use. Searching and looking for similar processors, a friend of mine proposed to sell an Intel Pentium G2120 for 1200 pesos, which are 28$! It's a very good processor, the only drawback is the dual core.

Motherboard: For the motherboard I didn't bother too much. I wanted a LGA 1155 socket for the best price and found this one on newegg for 35$

Memory: Started with 4GB until GTA appeared :p 2 weeks ago, found a guy selling a Corsair 4GB for 20$ on ebay.

Storage: I dont have too much files and high processed games so 1TB was enough for me :)

Video Card: Wanted the cheapest GTX card. months of researching, I had the best candidate, which was the gtx 750 for about 100-120$. A WILD SALE APPEARS! Found this guy selling a gtx 650 2GB edition for 60$, this was my one way trip to pc gaming :D ( have run everything in my games library :) )

Wireless Network: Had to buy one of these cause my pc is too far from the modem. REALLY FAR

Monitor: Dad bought me this monitor for surprise :) it's really good I play on 1440x900. Monitor goes around 50-70$ on internet, bought it for 2000 pesos = 46-47$

Keyboard: I didn't want an all black normal keyboard, so the same guy who sold me the processor had this bundle for 1000 pesos = 25.5$ :D

Case: Found a really cheap case in a store near my house. 25.5$ for the case + a 500W power supply

Conclusion: I'm happy with my PC, it's not perfect, but it does the job :) Thanks for reading guys! :D

1000$, Fercomse, avenida nuñez de caceres con sarasota. I recommend saving your money and getting a decent psu ;) UNLESS YOU'RE EXCITED BUY ONE OF THESE
