Description

This was my first PC build and I decided to make it extra complicated by going Small Form Factor.

This was honestly really easy to put together. The largest annoyance was dealing with Bending the cooler and then locking the fan back in.

Update immediately to BIOS 2602. That fixes a lot of the issues with DOCP and the DRAM boot voltage resetting after standby power is lost.

Once you update, make sure "Performance Enhancer" is at "Level 1" or the CPU Vcore will not drop below 1V when idle.

In Ghost we trust! Considering the same Case+CPU+MB combination. Did you have to update BIOS with an older gen CPU first? Or maybe it worked out of the box with Zen 2 Ryzen?

Looks great - really unfortunate you can't get the older L12 to avoid bending it, but you can't tell and it looks really clean.

Is there any reason you can't install it in the other direction to mount a bottom slim fan for assisting airflow?

This build is insanely clean! I have a sweet spot for this case especially after having a Dan A4 main for a while.

Nice build! One thing about the cooler, it should be the other way around with the pipes pointing upwards for best performance.

I made the same mistake myself when first installing a NH-L12 in my Ghost ...

Very nice build! Did you had any problem with the FE card? Something like overheating, crashes, drivers problems?

Noctua L12S is a few millimeters taller than Ghost S1 supports - the older L12 fits with about 1-2mm spare.
