Really clean, didnt overdo the RGB at all which is a nice break from RGB heavy builds. Great! +2

Nice build. I have same CPU and Mobo. Need to post it. I had 103% Silicon score. my Cryorig R1 cooler is 165 running @ Stock speeds.

Is the x62 enough for 9900k overclocking

  • 1 point

Yeah it handles it well. The chip is just notoriously hot. I like no AVX offsets because more games are using AVX instructions and the cpu down clocks a lot. So it really puts punishment on any cooler.

Temps on that i9?

Its posted below on details. Apparently 40C idle and 83C under load. Seems like idle temps are kinda high though.

That's been the biggest gripe about the newest i9 I feel like is that it's temps are horrible for the price point and the performance.

Solid build, amazing shots and an amazing build. I'm wondering what monitor stand are you using? It doesn't seem like the default ones.

Just remember to turn off the Armory Crate app in the UEFI or it keeps reinstalling onto your system whether you like it or not.

That headsed really doesn't fit with the rest of your setup. Since 'gaming' headphones are really not good for the price i suggest you get 'non gaming' headphones. I'm using Fidlio x2s amnd really recommend them for gaming too :)

Not sure how it doesn't really fit (at least aesthetically). Was going for looks more than sound on the headphones since it's only for gaming VoIP. I'm more of a speaker guy hence the Klipsch monitors and subs ;)

Looks pretty nice, like how it's not covered in rgbarf. Would've given AMD a shot personally especially after the whole PT 9900K benchmark thing tbh.

Not sure what I pistol, rifle, and I9 have in common, but ok
