Yayy!!! So here is my little beast. My first ever PC. My first ever build. My new best friend I am in love with this build :DDD couldn't have been any happier.
The build wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. My favorite part was cable management, which ironically was what I was worried the most before starting the build. Felt like a computer geek ever time a connected a cable xDD
This video made everything so much easier. So a big thanks to PCPP and NZXT for the amazing video. Wouldn't have had it all east, if it wasn't from this video guide? Was watching it as I was putting the parts together.
Also a big thanks to every PCPP community members who helped me a lot with feedbacks/suggestions coming about this build. I won't name anyone, because there was a lot of people who offered help, and do not want to mistakenly leave anyone out.
And about this build: I use it mainly for gaming, school work, and video streaming.
I am perfectly fine with this build, and every single components chosen for this build. Everything worked perfectly. But I do have some minor complaints, which I will address in the parts review.
For specifications for the components' choices, please check the build guide about this build.
It runs perfectly. 28 Celsius idle with Intel stock cooler. The highest temperature it reached was 50 Celsius, under 4 hours of gaming. And the decent price is a plus, which is the mainly reason I went for it. So far, so great. Love it
Has everything I could possible look for or for my needs. The wireless works fine, with full bars. And the bluetooth is top notch. The speaker stays connected even from about 30 feet away. It is the first motherboard I have ever owned, and it is working fine for me, and encountered no problems at all. The bios is also simple to navigate through.
Oh my goodness!!! Windows 10 takes only 4 seconds to boot. It is super fast, compared to my laptop that takes ages to boot :D Even named it "The Flash" :DDD which is kind ironic since my pc is/will be deadpool themed.
More than enough storage for what I need. Decent price, and does the job.
Removed one star because it is so darn heavy, that it was bending over the plate covering the psu, causing the front fan to get stock and stop spinning, which also broke one of the blades in the front fan. I placed an old usb Flash drive under it, to hold it from touching the plate lol luckily the flash drive is black/red and it matches with :DD and makes it almost seem as part of the GPU. Look at one of the pictures I attached, and you will see what I am talking about.
But performance wise, I love it. Well, I have only been using it for roughly 24 hours, but still, it works fine. Just a bit upset that one of the fan's blade is broken now, but this is somewhat my fault. Should have paid close attention before I started up my pc. Lesson learned.
Love the case. It is so darn gorgeous. It was easy to do cable management with this case, and I am pretty impressed with it, since it is my first build. Was asking to have nightmares with cable management, but everything went smoothly.
