As the title says, this is my first hexa-core build which i put together in the summer of 2017, both because i wanted to switch to Ryzen and because my old quad-core build had died on me shortly before.
It's very stable running on good old Win7 x64 and i'm quite happy with it - I don't plan on switching to Zen2 once it comes out as it stands because the R5 1600 is supposed to be quite OC'eable with third party cooling solutions from what i've read.
In December of 2018 after the crypto craze died down somewhat i decided on upgrading the GPU aswell, which was more than overdue imo.
As it stands i'm very satisfied with this build (just have to keep that active HDMI adapter juiced up at all times until i get a new monitor since 1st Gen Ryzen doesn't like dropped video signals at all) and it was well worth the money i spent on it.
There's a real possibility i might need to do another upcoming private build in 2019 for occupational purposes, and if i actually go through with it that one is surely going to be another Ryzen-based one aswell.
