Description

First build since middle school (~a decade ago). Went with a simple silver case, and all white components. Not a fan of the rgb on the motherboard, which never fully whites out (always has a blue tint, tried to offset it with orange, kinda works). This is used for gaming and some deep learning research.

Great job, the RTX 2080 is one of the best research graphics cards on the market today.

Great choices, nearly identical to a “build” I did here at pcpartpicker for fun. Haven’t seen that case before, elegantly minimalistic (is that a word?)

How are the temps in that case?

No issues with temps, I also haven't overclocked yet. The case airflow is not the best. If you upgrade the back fan to 140mm, and maybe get extra fans for the front if you put your radiator there then I'd consider it decent. Otherwise slightly below average airflow I'd say.

How is the case?

Great, perfect size (compact but enough space to work with for cable management, definitely no extra space). I like the aesthetics a lot, I should have taken better pictures, and will probably add some later. Below average airflow, but fine for most builds I'd imagine.

Great CM, but what do you research that needs such a powerhouse. ;)

Aptly titled. VERY clean.
