Description

Runs OS X El Capitan, Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10.

Lowest CPU temp is 24-25, but typically between 27-32. If gaming, it's closer to 40.

I've recently swapped out the old additional 500GB sata drive with another 250GB SSD for OS X to run on. OS X (through Clover bootloader) runs perfectly, and boot times are excellent on SSD. http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-desktop-guides/189190-success-msi-z97-gaming-7-10-11-4-clover.html

My rig also runs OS X, Ubuntu, and windows 10 technical developer preview so I don't think that is the same but the rest is.

Various reasons, really. Different operating systems on numerous partitions, for a start. My 500gb drive is solely for OS X. My 3TB drive is 90% full. My 4TB drive is 50% full. My 1TB drive is about 90% full. All these drives are full of different data (media, old backup images, various things). I also sometimes use the 4TB HDD as an external (in an enclosure).

There isn't really any RAID configuration that would suit my needs.

Why the blue? An existing fan left over from a previous build. I've since swapped the blue fan out with an AF120 red LED.

Beautiful build my friend, just curious is your Rad in a push/pull set up? Also how are you liking the 780t? I am interested in this case but I am kind of leaning away from the GAMER cases with all the sharp angles and everything. Love my NZXT Phantom 530 but the look has kind of worn on me.

Nope, it's in push. The 780T is excellent: it's easy to see what's going on inside and there's plenty of room to work with. The case is massive and has great airflow. The clear panel is excellent too. The only downside to the size is cable length - my CPU power cable is almost too short. It just stretches long enough but it fits, barely. As the case is so large, longer cables may be needed. Even still, the best case I've ever used. Plus, it looks great.
