This is my first liquid cooling build. I would love to hear any suggestions for build/parts improvement.
PS: R5 230 is for Linux console and it does the job pretty well. Don't hate me for using that. :)
I think your watercooling loop is solid! I think there is room for improvement, but not sure where. I think as you upgrade the loop, you'll have a better idea what works and what doesn't work.
Yup! Hard tubing will look more aesthetic. Second, hot air gets trapped inside because rear fan is not capable enough.
I have learnt many lessons from this build. I will post V2 when I upgrade the loop.
Sorry for saying this but the cables trigger me. Good build though!
Please share in details about cabling improvement. I am redoing the loop in the next few months, so your answer will be valuable for me.
Ok, well the cables in the computer are fine, I was more talking about the wall... It looks like your wall socket is on the wall, which makes it more difficult to manage. It should take less than a hour.
Here's kinda what I did with mine. Take out all the cables and get them out of the way. Mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. Then find a hidden spot for you power strip, behind your desk or on the side is a ideal spot. Plug in all your power cords first, monitor power, desktop, router, etc. Put the cables directly behind your desk, in between the wall and it. Keep the extra length behind the desk in a bundle. Then, your ethernet cable and HDMI or whatever you use. Once again, hide the extra behind the desk. Do whatever cables you have left, and do the same.
Heres a video with some stuff that might help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkB-GNEt9Fk
Hope that helps!
Where did you get the white monitor? I only see the black one
black is in america. white is in asia.
that sounds so out of context lol, thanks for the reply.
