Description

Primary use is for gaming at 3840x2160. I will eventually replace the Corsair h105 with a custom loop.

On it's way back to Gigabyte. Waiting for a replacement. Would only work as a secondary card in SLI but wouldn't output any display on any of it's connectors when tested by itself on this machine and two others. Sent it back even though it would have worked but would have been useless if I ever separated the cards.

I actually ended up selling the second 980 before I shipped to basic combat training for the Army. Needed some extra cash to pay off some bills before I left. Now I'm back down to a single card. I do however need to update the picture to show the m.2 drive and my two Solid State Hybrid Drives in the bottom.

wow, had no idea that the air 240 fit a full atx case. might pick one up soon!

That's not the air 240 its the air 540 which fits up to an e-atx motherboard.

There are a few things that haven't quite made it in to the build yet. Only items marked as purchased have made it in to the rig. I'm either waiting on parts to arrive or money to purchase them, with the later issue being the case for the drives. Currently only have two 500gb Ocz Vertex 460 drives in Raid 0. These will be replaced with the storage listed in the parts list next paycheck.

nice build! How do you like that monitor? I am thinking of getting it as well.
