Description

The 15th machine I've built. Goes to a friend's friend.

I have left provisions for the owner to add a second GTX 970 down the road. Hence the Z97 board and 750W PSU, otherwise they are not necessary for the time being.

Notes: 1. Didn't opt to use the case's fan controller, all fans are connected and controlled by the motherboard. 2. Datasheet states the MSI GTX 970 is 7mm longer than the max clearance of the Arc Mini with drive bays attached, but in reality there's actually about 10mm of extra space left over. So the card actually fit pretty nicely. Just wanted to throw this information out there for others who want to use these parts.

Love the red and black very nice. It's probably just me but I wonder how the hard drive slides would look in red and black. Like the case seems kinda pricey though. Are you using two front intake fans? and is it easy to access the front dust filter?

Front filter pops off after two presses.

I didn't pick the case so I will not comment on the price and such.

Nice build personally I am not a fan of the tinted window so I would have went with a 350d but either way smashing build

The 350D was the runner-up. Anyway it was not my decision but I think both cases are excellent.

Do majority of people just leave the plastic sheet on their case windows until it falls off or do they take 'em off? I'm very curious :3

This thing will be travelling in its box on a bus soon so it's better to leave the film on to avoid damaging the window.
