I use this PC completely for gaming. I was bored with Red and Black builds because everyone was building red themed PCs, so i decided to paint the heat-sinks on my motherboard green with plastidip. This build is upgraded over my old builds, with a new graphics card, new SSD, new CPU water-cooler and new peripherals.
While the PC is green and black with green and purple LED combo, I didn't manage to paint some parts of the bottom chipset heatsink green, this was mainly because of the use of plastidip, where i couldn't remove the masking tape without also pealing the plastidip. Have had issues with the Hue+ and it's LED strips, many have died out on me (i have replacements coming in) had 6 strips, 3 have died or have issues and only 3 are working fine. I love this rig, as I can play all my games maxed out at 1080p@144hz and sometimes even @ 4k, recently bought this 1080ti second hand after the release of the RTX cards which I didn't see as being worth the $500 price difference. Over the years I changed out so many parts that only the Case and HDD are original parts that I have had from the beginning. The photos are of much better quality compared to my old completed builds
Very good CPU, destroys CPU crunching games. Not really needed for a gamer like me but i had the money and i wanted to buy something which can do pretty much everything. Kind of beginning to show it's age but i love it
Best looking watercooler in my opinion also the best cooling one too!
Very nice motherboard, even though i hated the red and painted it green, it was very worth it in the end... No issues with anything to do with this motherboard...
Very worth the price, completely changes your computer and doesnt look bad either
It's a harddrive, what can i say, have had it for a long time and no problems
The best $850 anyone building a PC could spend, best bang for the buck right now
Super good case for the money, though mine came scratched I love it a lot. Lots of room for a whole bunch of stuff...
I had a Seasonic S12II 620w wihich wasn't enough for what i was going to do so people suggested me this, I do not regret a single cent. Had it for a long time and no issues
Expensive and loud (i have lowered the speed a lot) but worth it, i also bought the chromax green corners to match my build
Isn't the most recent monitor but I love it...
Great upgrade from my old Razer switch keyboard, although i split a drink on it (and some keys became sticky), this keyboard still works and works perfectly
Best mouse you can buy, pretty inexpensive compared to most others, way better than any Razer mouse.
Great headset for the price, comfortable and sounds great, i has red and black on it though......
