Description
This build now has my r9-280x gpu in it since I bout a gtx 980. My dad doesn't really use this computer at all which kind of upsets me almost always uses his laptop. His laptop specs: Dell XPS M1330: SATA 2, Samsung 840 evo 250gb,4gb ram. BTW built it out of my own pocket he did buy the monitor though. I got him the Corsair Strafe keyboard and the Logitech mouse because i think everyone should have a mechanical keyboard, that and they last a life time. I re-took the photos using a Nikon D3300 DSLR camera.
Let me know what you think of the new pictures and the build.
I did have to re-save all the pictures to a slightly lesser quality because they were too big to upload and the 8th picture i did a small edit to the floor.
I sleeved all the red and black cables from scratch.
Part Reviews
CPU Cooler
Very quiet its the only thing I can hear in the system and does a great job at cooling the processor.
Motherboard
im still a little hesitant on this motherboard I do like Gigabyte but this seems a little on the cheap side would have preferred a better chipset and more usb ports. The pci slot has a very poor unlock.
Memory
Very fast reliable ram Extremely stable at 2400mhz did memtestx86 and it passed with no errors.
Storage
great SSD I feel like the chipset is holding it back though even though its SATA 3.
Storage
great drive specially for a home user.
Video Card
great gpu fast and decently quiet, plays most games at max above 30 fps
Case
gorgeous case this is my favorite case. I was choosing this over my phantom 820 case but I already bought my Blu-ray drive. The finish is very delicate i scratches easily and i would only use water to clean it.
Power Supply
good psu bronze certified and its even modular.
Keyboard
great keyboard very large font and has lighting effect software
Mouse
good mouse had some connection issues with it but only with my dads, i think it has something to do with the motherboard, but it does work.
