Description

At first i went with the NZXT 240 Phantom case in white but then found out about this InWin case which didn't look like a transformer, or a weird looking thing in my room. I like it to look like furniture and to perform like a transformer. This computer pretty much does all that i want. I can play games like FAR CRY 4 with absolutely no issues. Although just recently the refurbished H80i that i had, had to be RMA'd, but now i have the replacement part and i could be happier. Although putting this cooler in the computer was a heck of a pain and truly put my Tetris skills to the test it was worth it. If i could return it i would go for a air cooler instead but this is fine for now. other than that everything else works great i have no issues with any other parts

I am putting this up so i can get some feedback so let me know whatever it is you guys think about the whole or about anything i should change or add. thanks!

PS: as soon as i can i will get a desk and a keyboard set up UPDATE: New pics up!

This is quite sexy! We match too with our red and purple :D great build! If you're still looking for a desk, Ikea is a great place to get them. Very reasonable price also. You can also pick out a custom desk and choose the style of every part. Awesome job though! +1

I would say it's harder to put together anything from Ikea than it is to build a PC like this, and this is gorgeous. Well thought out, unique part selection and downright beautiful management and aesthetics. Well done.

Thank you! I haven't had any problems putting together anything I've bought from Ikea. My desk from there took maybe 20min and was easy as pie :P

Hey BTW I really like your build, its so purple and pretty. I just wanna ask if the black INWIN 904 was available during the time of your build.

No it was not, but i dont regret it, i wouldnt want it any ways. I dont really like the red Inwin logo. I went with this one for the metal look. lol the purple can be changed its NZXT Hue.

UMM not sure, i use the Nvidia custom set up in the Nvidia driver program that came with the GPU, if you tell me how to check the details ill check for you.

Err is it just me, or is the Corsair fan under the 780 blowing air in the wrong direction?

well due to the restrictiveness of the case, (there are only two fan spots. and one is a 90mm but the water tubes go through that space so i cant even use it). So what i ended up doing is making the fan on the top left blowing into the radiator and the bottom right fan blowing the air out. Its the best solution i could come up with and the mobo has a few spinning fans integrated so the air moves pretty well and the temps stay pretty low. Let me know if you have any suggestions .

Not gonna lie that case looks like trash. Well it looks like trash on its parts page. However from your setup pics, it looks amazing! Digging that case and purple leds!!!

thanks thats nice of you to say. Yeah its true that it looks better in person. I really like the display style, of being able to put it side ways and seeing everything there. Or at least what i want to see, depending where you set up the LED strip.

Hey, nice build. am currently on the road to building my first pc. it may not look as impressive as yours does, haha. I wanted to know if the power supply was a good match for your build, i have no idea what a good wattage is...

  • 2 points

yes my supply is great for my setup...just make your set up using this website and it should tell you the wattage...get a PSU at 50-100 over

Um.. Can I ask where you got the name from?

  • 1 point

yeeaahh my friend actually insisted on that name because the H80i actually squirted some water on the fans i thought it was sort of witty but at the same time possibly a little offensive to people here...anyways hes gone now and i just got back to my comp so im just going to switch it the original name.
