Description

Client needed an office computer on the cheap, but needed it to last!

And so i chose haswell; Cheap but effective. I also chose the mini itx setup so it saves space on his desk.

4GB RAM is sufficient, he's not going to multitask heavily.

ok, i know a LOT of you are going to flame me for choosing the case/PSU setup. you cant say it is bad until you PERSONALLY tried it. give it a chance, maybe it'll work out well. if it doesnt, my loss.

Build notes: The case is very sharp, i cut myself and bled more than i should have.

Plug the RAM in before plugging in the optical drive.

Plug in the RAM before plugging the USB/HD Audio cables

The optical/HDD cage can be removed! Remove to install screws

Temperatures are from using stock HSF and running prime 95 for a couple hours

Enjoy the pictures :)

NONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONO, NOT TEEMO. I'm sorry but I have a deep disdain for Teemos. Nice build though.

Why did Teemo buy a small computer? He didn't need mushroom.

Haha despite how much I resent Teemo, nice build man. :D

This is actually a very well rounded build, and an insanely well priced build. I mean $333 for something that can easily handle small multitasking and very minor gaming, I personally think its great.

Thanks :) I want to build another (AMD based, high end APU) before I move to accommodate for my job (Canadian forces hehe)

I'm assuming the build name is an LoL reference?

Of course, it is also the reference to the size of the PC ;)

Btw, what was ASUS thinking with that RAM/SATA slot situation?! Terrible...

I agree, but I guess that happens with every manufacturer. If anything, blame Inwinn. Thanks :)
