This was originally given to me by my older brother as a starter computer, as i was looking to ween myself of the PS4 lol. As i played i wanted to get more then 20 frames in PUBG on vary low. so i started looking into computers and learning what did what and started replacing them piece by piece. Here is a list of the original build.
CPU: amd fx 4300 CPU: cooler fan zip tied on radiator lol GPU: gtx 1050 1 gb RAM: 2x4 8gb of old **** ram SSD: none HDD: 7 year old 1tb off brand hardly able to launch windows hard drive PSU: was some 400 watt ketchup and mustard wired tin foil color thing CASE: is original, wurst cable management ive ever seen theirs no place to hide them so dont say anything about it i know its crap lol.
So yeah, after slowly upgrading those parts im now able to play all the games i want without frame drop or random lag spikes its not a tank but i got a brand new build picked out just waiting on Benjamins haha.
BF4 fps 120 on ultra PUBG fps 80-130 on high MC fps 180-60 on fancy
great little unit never runs to hard about 40% load while hardcore gaming great value built off MB with amd chipset and didint want to spend to much money!
this was in a overhaul i did and didint want to replace if your doing a budget build this is great choice for you otherwise stick with intel
best ram you can buy for the money i think for ddr3 this is probably your best bet if you dont want to go all out
bad buy not vary sturdy like trying to mount a piece of cardboard but its in it for now
i have no complaints about this card except it doest support led light functions with msi or gtx or pny and gigabyte as soon as it gets over 120F the lights change red and when its at idle there bright white so its kinda annoying but not the end of the world. the one i have is a oc witch comes stock overclocked and im still able to push it to 200+ on core clock and 320+ on memory so your set there lol
worst cable management case ever plenty of fan slots though
