Build

Artesia - My first pc build!

by dazon

Description

Hello pcpartpicker!!! This build has been long in the works (since xmas lol) and the list was made with the help of pcpp and /r/Buildapc.

This pc is going to be used for gaming, streaming, photoshopping, video editing, and after fxing.

Nothing really was problematic except for amds stock 2600x cooler. The springs did n o t allow for the screws to go in lmao.

Part Reviews

CPU

Excellent CPU for the price, stock cooler was a pain tho.

Motherboard

Very good mobo, very nice looking, easy to install. The lighting software isnt very good though.

Memory

Probably my favorite RGB ram by far! Very nice.

Storage

Excellent value ssd. No complaints

Storage

NIce and fast hdd. A little loud.

Video Card

Very nice looking gpu, I have seen alot about people experiencing shutoffs, but they haven't happened to me.. The software is horrible and slow though, so that will remove stars.

Case

An excellent case! The three front rgb fans are beautiful and are pretty quiet!

Power Supply

An excellent PSU! The cpu and sata cables were a little too short, so they were kinda hard to plug in.

Monitor

An excellent monitor for the price that I got it at (85$ on prime day)

Keyboard

An OK keyboard. The price that i got it at (60) is way too overpriced for a membrane with 5 zoned lighting.

Mouse

An awesome upgrade to the g300s, no problems yet!

Speakers

Nice speakers, No problems yet

For the power supply, you said that the cables were a little too short, make sure the power supply is right side up! I cannot tell with the pictures if it is or not.

Im pretty sure it is, all the text on the connecters were upright...

Sometimes, depending on the case, the power supply goes upside down. Your fan should be facing out, sucking cold air in.

What software on the Nitro Plus is Slow? If you're talking overclocking, use MSI Afterburner, it is compatible with all cards, no matter the brand.
