Description

i wanted something better then my laptop ( celeron n3060 , 4gb DDR3 ram ( i upgraded it to that ) and 32gb of storage which windows 10 took up most of ) so i bought a used optiplex on Ebay , the shipping was orangery $20 but something got messed up last second and changed to $80 ( the seller refunded me the other $60 ) witch made it $100 for a core 2 duo , 4gb of ram and no hard drive , but it did come with a copy of windows 10 home that worked until the motherboard died . i added a cheap video card and it works fine for a lot of games , it can even almost run" wolfenstein: the new colossus " at 20 fps at the lowest settings at the lowest resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio , which i'l say is good for a PC that was 1 year out dated when it was built in 2010 . i got the wireless card from fry's electronics because i was using a USB 2.0 stick for my WiFi , i was using WiFi because 1) i wanted my PC in my bedroom 2) using a wired connection was eating up our already little bandwidth
i will soon be upgrading from a GT 710 to a GTX 1050 Ti so i can play the game i spent $40 on and waited 13 hours to download at more the 30 fps . i got all peripherals on sale and they costed about $80 combined , i got the XB1 controller when i was a filthy console peasant .

We have some of these Optiplex systems at work. They aren't as good as this, that's for sure.

the optiplex was $20 with $20 shipping , something got messed up and the shipping went up to $80 . the seller refunded me the $60 and windows 10 ( $80 - $100 ) was verified until the motherboard died . so i basically got windows 10 for $40 less and a PC to go with it .
