+ Total (United States):
This was my first PC build. It was created with the intentions of being used mainly for productivity and programming with the occasional AAA game being played. Due to the prices of GPU's and RAM right now I tried to keep the rest of the parts on a budget.
I was able to pack in 16GB of RAM for my programming, a I5-8600K CPU as well as a GTX 1060 for a little over $1000.
Installation was simple and went smooth.
Update: Added 2x 140mm NZXT FN V2 case fans for intakes mid March
Beautiful, cheap. Came with thermal paste. Been doing a good job keeping my CPU cool. (CPU Currently unclocked though)
Grey RAM, fit in with my colors. Got it for about $10-30 cheaper than the current going rate for most 2x8GB sets. Looks clean.
Beautiful budget case. Read tons of reviews about the paint and case window being damaged easily. Have not had any issue yet but I have been careful with it. They upgraded the bottom fan filter from the cheap piece of plastic that was just kind of shoved on there. It's actually a tray that you can slide out now. This was a nice surprise. Got it on a $15 rebate sale.
Semi-Modular was nice, only had to connect the cables I needed. Wish the Sata power cables were more flexible and came with one that was not an L on the end. Was a bit tricky plugging in the cable to my SSD. Got it on a $20 rebate sale.
