( My english is not perfect so if i wrote mistakes sorry for that)
So my gaming computer, some parts are new, some are coming from my old build,
i use it only for internet and gaming ,
its not the newest system but for gaming its doing ok,
few weeks ago i did change the color from red/black to blue black ( look to the last picture where you
can see i had still had my old desk and the red/black colors)
The motherboard, cpu and memory came from my old build wich was around 2 years old,
For me was not worth it spending the money again to upgrade to a new motherboard/cpu/memory for maybe a 10 % faster chip (again i use it only for gaming/internet)
Monitor: LG monitor (2560x1080) LG34UM68, not the best monitor/specs, but for my budget and since i have a gtx 1070 this was my choise
CPU: i have a i7-4790k it have a light oc, to 4.4 ghz on 1.15 volt ( temp is max 58° after 2 hours of gaming)i did not try higher clock speeds.
Motherboard: Asus z97 gaming pro , since i changed my color from red/black to blue/black , i did paint the small red parts on the heatsinks black , its a simpel but very good motherboard.
Ram: Corsair Vengance 16gb DDR3 1600 mhz, i have 2 black and 2 blue dimms , each 4 gb, what can i say more ,its memory :-)
Harddrives: Samsung 840 with 250gb for my windows ( yep still using win 7 ) and a 2TB western digital (green) for my games/movies/ect ect , ( wich i will replace by the summer for a 2 tb ssd ) games wich i play the most are installed on my ssd
Videocard; EVGA gtx 1070 SC , i bought it 2 months ago, ( i had before a evga gtx 970 scc) just 2 weeks after i bought it they released the updated version with the new cooler /backplate, since there where problems with these cards running hot...... I bought the version with updated bios and thermal pads , max temp i have is around 65/66° so i think thats ok
Case; NZXT S340 elite black, i painted the cable management bar blue, ( before it was painted in red) i did order some custom cables , atx cable, pcie cable and 8 pin motherboard cable are in white, blue and black simple case wich is easy to build in, and the glass window is very nice
PSU: Corsair RMx550, enough for what i need, its quiet, and fully modular........so what you need more ;-)
Cooling; Nzxt kraken X62 for the cpu, its lovely, runs quiet and looks great ( my opinion) the cam software is doing ok for me, even i hear many people are not happy with it, for the case i use a thermal take ring fan with blue led
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Rapidfire, looks great, not the cheapest but its looking nice ( rgb colors)
Mice: Razer mamba tournament edition, this im not so happy with, its working fine, but the rubber coating did start to go after 2-3 weeks of use, i contacted razer, they told me to bring it back to the store, there they told me this is normal......contacted razer again, again to store, again they told me signs from using are not warenty.......so for me no razer mice anymore, i dont know if other people have this problem......i like the looks and how its working ,but for a 100 euro mice i tought this will not happen....
Sound : A simple Trust Tytan 2.1 speakers System ,cheap ,around 65 euro, its all plastic, looks bit cheap, but the bass can kick really hard, i know they are better systems, but for the price its good enough
For the Future: Replace my 2 TB mechanical HD for a 2TB SSD, Maybe i will change the speakers for a logitech Z623 set, but first i want to hear them in real before i buy A extended Mouse Pad( wich i did order today, its from pecham, again budget friendly, and exact the size i wanted ( 80 cm on 30 cm), it should arrive tomorrow or the day after )
Budget i spent around +- 1850 euro, i also use a gaming chair, DX racer with black and blue colors , and last weekend i bought the Ikea desk, its a karlby kichten counter top, wich i did cut in the size i needed, with 4 ADLIS legs under, simpel and clean, i did install a rgb led strip on the back of the counter top
In total i did spend around 2300 euro for my complete gaming setup, computer, monitor, desk,chair,.......everything.
