Description

This is a build I did for a friend. He will be using this machine for VR, content creation and gaming. Before you guys start addressing the CPU matter, I wish to clarify that this was started in early 2016. The CPU and mobo combo were bought in 2016, the rest of the parts were bought piece by piece whenever cash was available.

The entire build took 3 hours as I really wanted it to be clean. Yes, there is room for improvement but overall pretty happy with how it ended up.

Installation was a breeze in this case, as most of the things are removable. Cable management was also great, fully modular PSU's are amazing (first one I did a build with). The CPU pump was mounted without the back-plate as the X99 has a larger CPU socket and comes with holes that match the NZXT screws.

What's the fan setup? I see the exhaust in the back was replaced with the GPU cooler, and the front has the CPU radiator with what looks like two intakes blowing over them, do you have two or three fans exhausting on top?

Looks great, I just finished my first build using this case and was impressed too, you can remove most stuff you don't need and the cable management is solid.

The fans at the top seem to be intakes (based on the orientation of the frame).

I might be late. Do you know if there was any room up front for the gpus 120 mm rad with the 280mm rad ?

I can't recall if the top holes for the screws were covered or not. I think there's not enough room with the 280mm rad.
