This is my first PC build, but I did a complete investigation on the necessary knowledge of PC parts and builds. The purpose of this build is for low-frequency gaming, simulation work, and media work. The purchase of the CPU is even before I decided to build a PC last year, and initially I just want to have a budget build.
Almost all the other components but CPU are purchased during BF 2018, the Case is my favorite choice, it is saving a lot of space on my desk. Starting from this case, I kind of looking for some white components to match the style. PSU is a perfect choice, with high-quality, sufficient output interface.
Since I really want to have a compact but mighty PC in my bedroom. It took extra effort to complete this build but it is worthy. The cable management is ok for me and I don't want to spend extra time on it. For the airflow, I put two 120 fans on top and AIO cooler on rear to exhaust hot air.
Anyway, until now it worked quiet and efficiently, with the CPU overlocked to 4.9 GHz, it can remain to be 35 Celsius (idle) and 55 Celsius(gaming). Only issue is GPU can be over 80 Celsius degree when playing Assassin Creed Odyssey. In the future, I may consider add one 3.5" hard drive with optane memory, another fan on bottom if necessary.
