This is my first time building a PC after 2 pre-builds. It's used for Gaming, graphic design, VFX, video/photo editing. I spent quite some time overclocking and testing the system. My 8700k can run at 5.1GHz on 1.35v but I lower it to 5GHz 1.32v for daily use. CPU is cooled by the NZXT Kraken x62 (Top exhaust). The RTX 2080 is OC'd to 2055mhz core and 7850mhz memory.

I have 3 x 140mm stock fans in the front and 3 x LL140s in the case( 1 rear exhaust, 2 on top rad). The CPU temps are okay, @ 35C idle and 73-80c full load depending on the software/task and time under load. GPU temps are not bad considering it is vertically mounted close to the glass. 31C idle and 60-69 full load. I can get better temps if I did front intake rad + static pressure fans with horizontal GPU, but I prefer how it looks right now. [UPDATE] : I have switched to Front Rad with NZXT Kraken fans Intake + 140mm stock fan below the radiator. About a -5C CPU temp difference and the GPU temps stayed roughly the same maybe 1 to 2C warmer at idle.
I play a variety of games from casual to competitive. 2560x1440p
Apex Legends: Max settings: 120+fps. Optimal mix settings :144fps (Capped).
Overwatch: Max settings: 150+fps. Optimal mix settings: 250-300fps.
Black Ops 4: Max settings: 110+fps. Optimal mix settings: 150-180fps. CPU stays below 58C, GPU stays below 65C during extensive gaming.
